Construction on Dielectric Manufacturing’s new 100,000-square-foot facility on Gateway Court, just off Holy Hill Road in Germantown, Wis., has been completed. Our new mailing address is W206N12865 Gateway Court, Richfield, WI 53076.

Building Construction on Schedule
Construction of our new building in Germantown is proceeding as planned. Tradesmen are taking appropriate safety measures in response to the coronavirus health situation. We plan to start moving some items into the building in May, and be fully operational in the new facility in July. -
Site of the New Dielectric Manufacturing Headquarters
A site in Germantown, Wis., along Holy Hill Road near the road's intersection with Interstate 41 was selected for the new Dielectric Manufacturing facility. -
Groundbreaking - July 2019
Esser family members and project associates from Keller Inc. and PyraMax Bank in the ceremonial groundbreaking for the new Dielectric Manufacturing facility in Germantown. -
Land Clearing
Land preparation for the new Dielectric Manufacturing facility in Germantown took place in late July through August of 2019. The site is on Holy Hill Road, between Interstate 41 and Goldendale Road. A Briggs and Stratton distribution center is adjacent to the Dielectric Manufacturing site. -
Walls Up!
By the middle of September 2019, concrete walls were poured to create the shell for the new, 100,000-square-foot Dieletric Manufacturing facility. -
