Dielectric Manufacturing and Centerline Machine Welcome Brian Steingraber to Leadership Team
December 5, 2024 – Dielectric Manufacturing and Centerline Machine are thrilled to announce the addition of Brian Steingraber to our Leadership Team. Brian, who joined us in October 2024 as Plant Manager in Richfield, brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to ensuring high-quality production processes that consistently meet and exceed customer expectations.
Brian’s educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Technology Education from UW-Platteville and a Master of Education in Educational Technology from Marian University. He combines this academic knowledge with hands-on leadership to drive operational excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Beyond the workplace, Brian enjoys camping, hiking, DIY projects, and spending time with his wife and three daughters. He is also an avid outdoorsman, spending time waterfowl hunting and fishing with friends. Actively involved in the community, Brian volunteers with his local church’s upward soccer and basketball programs.
