Mike Esser, President and CEO
Mike Esser Sr. has been CEO of Dielectric Manufacturing since 2008, and has been with the company since 1980. In his leadership role, Mike makes sure Dielectric Manufacturing has the resources and expertise necessary to fulfill the company’s promises to its customers. He holds a bachelor of business administration degree in finance and marketing from St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wis. Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with family, traveling, golfing and fishing. -
Michael Esser Jr., Chief Financial Officer
Michael Esser Jr. joined Dielectric Manufacturing on a full-time basis in 2011. He currently is the company's chief financial officer. Michael holds bachelor of science degrees in economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and in finance from DeVry University. He participates in a Vistage (formerly TEC) business leaders roundtable group. Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, boating, and working out at the gym. He is a member of the West Bend Country Club. -
Chris Esser, Chief Technology Officer
Chris Esser joined Dielectric Manufacturing full-time in 2014, and currently is the company's chief technology officer. He helps Dielectric Manufacturing customers succeed through Continuous Improvement projects, building capacity, and expanding capabilities to meet customer needs. He holds a bachelor of applied science degree in mechanical engineering from UW-Milwaukee. Chris participates in a Vistage (formerly TEC) business leaders roundtable group. Outside of work, Chris enjoys golfing, photography, playing the guitar, and working out at the gym. He is a member of the Wisconsin Golf Association, and the Waukesha Men’s Golf Club, and serves as a judge for Project Lead the Way – a Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) program at Catholic Memorial High School in Waukesha, Wis. -
David Pozorski, Chief Operating Officer
David Pozorski joined Dielectric Manufacturing as chief operating officer in August 2022. He is a people-first operations executive with 30 years of experience in business leadership, finance, sales, change management, production, engineering, Lean Operations, process management, efficiency enhancement, and workforce safety and compliance implementation. He’s a strategic leader who excels in critical listening, situational assessment and definitive decision making. He has the ability to address complex issues in a cohesive and collaborative manner with the proper allocation of workforce talent and process standardization. David is a high-energy, growth-minded executive who’s passionate about tackling challenges and believes that incorporating humor and fun into work is essential. His career path has been atypical since he’s worked in seven different industries – from mining to coatings to industrial and utility brushes to agriculture – and under a variety of ownership structures – private equity, privately held and publicly traded. He’s led acquisitions and integrations, domestic and international facility and plant expansions and has experience working in union and non-union organizations. Parallel to his corporate career, he served as a volunteer firefighter, EMT and dive rescue specialist for 13 years. Outside of work, David has a strong sense of community and giving back. Through coursework at WCTC, he secured his firefighter and EMT certification. He went on to become a dive rescue specialist and was a captain for the Okauchee Fire Department and lieutenant for the Lake Country Fire Department. He’s also volunteered his time as program director for an area volleyball club. He enjoys family time with his wife, kids, grandkids, dogs and cats. He also enjoys cooking, camping, home projects and going to the movies. -
Kurt Ebeling, Vice President, Manufacturing
Kurt Ebeling joined Dielectric Manufacturing in 1994, and currently serves as vice president for manufacturing. In his role, he ensures that Dielectric Manufacturing offers quality assemblies and machined parts in a timely basis – to meet or exceed customer expectations. Kurt holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and holds Six Sigma Black Belt status. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, woodworking, travel and outdoor work. -
Daryl Groe, General Manager, Iowa Plant
Daryl Groe has been with Dielectric Manufacturing for 41 years, and has been general manager of the Lake Mills, Iowa plant, for the past 12 years. He helps customers succeed by ensuring that parts made by Dielectric Manufacturing in Lake Mills are of the highest quality and at the specifications needed. Outside of work, Daryl enjoys golfing. -
Bob Wilms, General Manager, Centerline Machine
Bob Wilms has been with Centerline Machine since 2013, and for the past five years has served as general manager. He helps Centerline Machine customers succeed by developing a partnership with them through open, honest and timely communication, and by understanding their business and what’s importance for their success. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his grandchildren, and, with his wife, leading Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University at their church. He is a volunteer and board member for Father Carr’s Place 2B – a life enrichment center that ministers to the poor and that provides family and community activities. -
Kristal Waeltz, Vice President, Human Resources
Kristal Waeltz joined Dielectric Manufacturing in August 2022 as vice president for human resources. She holds a master's degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from UW-Milwaukee, and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). She enjoys spending time with her daughters, cooking, and maintaining a busy social life with family and friends. In her role with Dielectric Manufacturing, Kristal provides direction in hiring, administration and training. As a culture creator and facilitator, she aims to consistently deliver a positive experience to drive productivity and fun in the workplace.
