Employees Excel Through Our Teamwork Approach
Since our founding in 1966 as Dielectric Corp., Dielectric Manufacturing has promoted teamwork across all functions of the business. Through teamwork, each employee’s skills and insights more fully benefit the entire company and, thus, our customers. Teamwork also makes working at Dielectric Manufacturing more fulfilling for each employee, as their contributions make a bigger difference. Employees value the way they are treated at Dielectric Manufacturing. That’s exemplified by the many long-time employees we have on staff, and by the number of employees who refer relatives to Dielectric Manufacturing for employment.
Our Company History
Dielectric Manufacturing has been in business for more than 50 years. We started providing insulation materials for high-voltage electrical equipment in 1966 under the name Dielectric Corporation, and now fabricate and machine parts in thermoplastics and metals, as well as the insulating thermosets that got us started.
From a humble beginning in our founder’s basement, we now have three facilities: our headquarters and main plant in Richfield (metro Milwaukee), a plant in Waupaca, Wisconsin, and a plant in Lake Mills, Iowa.
We have a history of growth and expansion as a contract manufacturer, and intend that to be our future, too. As we grow, we need employees who can support that growth. See our current job openings.
