Dielectric Manufacturing Announces Key Leadership Team Additions
Dielectric Manufacturing has strengthened its leadership team with the hiring of a new vice president for human resources, and the promotion of a key employee to the new position of supply chain vice president.
John Barker, the new human resources VP, brings more than 20 years of manufacturing sector human resources experience to Dielectric Manufacturing. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and MRA, one of the largest employer organizations in the nation.
Jamie Koenig joined the company as supply chain manager in 2018, bringing experience from work at other Wisconsin manufacturers. Her promotion to a vice president’s role is part of Dielectric Manufacturing’s strategic growth plan.
“With this addition and promotion, we now have a great leadership team in place to help support our growth initiatives and to ensure that while we are growing, we continue to provide outstanding service to existing customers,” said Mike Esser, company president and CEO of Dielectric Manufacturing, a contract manufacturer of plastic and metal parts and assemblies for original equipment manufacturers.
