Dielectric Manufacturing Expands Leadership Team

September 6, 2022 — Dielectric Manufacturing has added Kristal Waeltz as Vice President of Human Resources, and as part of our Leadership Team.

Waeltz holds a master’s degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). She held HR management positions at other Milwaukee-area companies prior to joining Dielectric Manufacturing.

“These are outstanding additions to our company,” company President Michael Esser said. “They have skills and experience that will complement the strengths and industry knowledge of our existing leadership team.”

Dielectric Manufacturing’s growth is also being supported by a 100,000-square-foot facility that was built and opened in 2020, the addition of new equipment and machinery, and the introduction of new processes.

Along with its main facility northwest of Milwaukee in Richfield, Wis., the company maintains operations in Lake Mills, Iowa, and through its Centerline Machine Division in Waupaca, Wis. Dielectric Manufacturing fabricates components for a wide variety of companies, including Fortune 500 businesses.
