DIELECTRIC MANUFACTURING EXPANDS BUSBAR PRODUCTION TO MEET GROWING MARKET DEMANDS
RICHFIELD, Wis., October 27, 2025 ⎯ Dielectric Manufacturing, a fabricator of metal and plastic parts, has announced the acquisition of EMS Industrial & Service Company, a manufacturer of electric busbars in Richmond, Ill. The acquisition allows Dielectric Manufacturing to expand its product availability for high-growth markets such as electric vehicles, data centers, power generation, telecommunications and defense. EMS joins the Dielectric family along with Centerline Machine, which was acquired in 2015.
For 50 years, Dielectric Manufacturing has been fabricating and machining plastic, carbon fiber and metal components for a wide range of industries. The new busbar production capabilities provide customers with higher efficiencies and up to 75% shorter lead times.
